A lot of people work at TecPort Business Center, since the business park houses HealthAmerica Pennsylvania Inc., Capital BlueCross and Commerce Bank's future management offices. Most of the park's acres - more than 100 - are leased or sold. It's a captive lunchtime market. And several developers and entrepreneurs are tapping it.
Don Cappetta moved quickly to get in on the action. A developer from Palmyra, Cappetta bought a building in between Crossgates Inc.'s TecPort and Feldman Mall Properties' Harrisburg Mail, both in Swatara Township.
